VACUUM COMPRESSION

Compression is an indispensable process
With all the preparation, the mixtures will be conveyed by our conveyor belt, and then compressed by a curing oven, which is up to 80 Celsius to shape a designated quartz slab for your market.

CALIBRATION&POLISHING

Excellent Surface treatment is the key.

The quality of surface treatment also has a great influence on quartz stone design. After cutting the slabs catering for your different applications, we will then polish every detail of the products.

Our Facility is equipped to deliver 60 container Slabs of 126X63” (Jumbo) through a very eclectic range which is available to view in our Product Gallery.

Furthermore, with our extensive and in depth understanding of the material, our R&D is able to replicate any colour that you present us.

To cater to every end-to-end requirement, we have established 2 very fine precision Cut-To-Size Fabrication Facilities both in Vietnam to ensure we are able to deliver 60 containers minimum per month. We are equipped with the best internationally renowned machinery, large-scale labour force, experienced CAD Engineers all to create a seamless work flow system and deliverables in any cut to size need.
